Healthii People is delighted to be supporting a forward-thinking and friendly GP practice in the Redhill area in their search for an experienced and caring Practice Nurse to join their multidisciplinary team on a part-time basis (3 days per week).

We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for delivering high-quality care, particularly someone with strong experience in diabetes management and general practice nursing.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to work within a modern, purpose-built practice that forms part of a larger partnership across multiple local sites. The surgery is known for its high standards, consistent QOF achievement, and commitment to training and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver chronic disease management, with an emphasis on diabetes care
• Provide holistic, patient-centred care across treatment room services (wound care, ECG, phlebotomy, etc.)
• Conduct cervical screening, vaccinations (including travel), and health promotion
• Assist with minor surgery, contraceptive services, and Warfarin monitoring
• Support infection control audits and contribute to practice improvements
• Mentor junior nursing staff and contribute to a learning environment
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records
