Position Information

Contract: Full Time (36 hours per week)

Shift Patterns: 3x 12-hour day shifts per week

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met, taking responsibility for their well-being.
• Coach and guide team members, providing training and support.
• Assess residents, develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans.
• Monitor safety and compliance with standards, policies, and legislation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, responsible for managing care units and clinical duties.
• Experience maintaining high clinical standards and policies.
• Ability to provide clinical guidance and assist with CQC tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for building relationships with residents and families.
• For night shifts, strong critical thinking, confidence, self-reliance, and emergency management skills are essential.
