Role overview

Join our Medical Day Case team at Royal Derby Hospital and Queens Hospital Burton. The role is primarily based in Derby with occasional cross-site work. The unit cares for patients with long-term conditions, aiming to reduce hospital admissions and improve quality of life.

Main duties

1. Provide daily care and support for patients with multiple health conditions.
2. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members.
3. Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
