Job summary

MCS Healthcare, a CQC-regulated provider in the community, is hiring a Healthcare Assistant for the Cotswolds. We value your time and pay £17.00 per hour. We offer Full-time, Part-time, and Flexible Zero-Hour Contracts to suit your life.

You’ll administer medications, monitor health observations and support complex needs with compassion and professionalism. We’re looking for at least 1 year of nursing experience, a Full UK driving licence, safeguarding Level 3, DBS Update Service, and Manual

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for compassionate and capable Healthcare Assistants who bring clinical expertise, empathy, and a calm, professional approach to complex situations. If you've worked in care before, particularly within the NHS or community healthcare settings, you'll feel right at home with us. We value nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and who can confidently support individuals with a range of health and support needs.

To be successful, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of nursing experience
• A Full UK driving licence
• Safeguarding Level 3
• A DBS registered on the Update Service
• Valid Manual Handling & Basic Life Support training
• Shifts: 12 hours Monday to Sunday days
• 12 hours Monday to Sunday nights
