Job summary

Inspire Neurocare is seeking Registered Nurses (RGN or RMN) to provide holistic care in a luxury, home‑like setting in Basingstoke. You will spend quality time with residents, supporting their physical, social and emotional needs, in a role that values attention to detail and compassionate care.

You will work under the Home Manager, ensure adherence to infection control and regulatory standards, and participate in professional development and training opportunities offered by the home.

Qualifications

• NMC registration (RGN or RMN) required.
• Post-registration experience in a similar setting preferred.
• Experience in elderly care or care home environment advantageous.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Demonstrates empathy and genuine care for residents.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

Responsibilities

• Look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents.
• Support Home Manager to implement policies and procedures.
• Ensure residents have access to key medical and care services.
• Adhere to infection control policies and DoH/company guidelines.
• Work in line with CQC guidelines and NMC code of conduct.

What you’ll be doing:

• Look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents.
• Support the Home Manager to effectively implement policies and procedures and ensure they are always upheld.
• Ensure that the residents have access to key medical, social and other care workers as required.
• Have full knowledge of and take responsibility to ensure adherence to infection control policies and procedures of the Department of Health and the company at all times.
• Work in line with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines, NMC code of conduct and relevant legislation at all times.
