Job summary

Inspire Neurocare in Southampton is seeking Registered Nurses (RMN) to provide holistic nursing care for adults with neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries at Anchor Point Neurological Centre, Nursling. The role focuses on person-centred assessment, care planning and compassionate support within a multidisciplinary team.

You will administer medications, adhere to NMC standards, document accurately and contribute to safeguarding, infection control and ongoing quality improvements.

Qualifications

• NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
• 1 year post-registration experience delivering care to individuals with complex health needs.
• Strong clinical assessment, care planning and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cognitive, behavioural, or physical rehabilitation approaches.
• Compassion, professionalism and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
• Passion & empathy with a desire to make a difference to the lives of residents.

We’re looking for compassionate, motivated Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team.

What you will be doing

• You will provide holistic, evidence-based nursing care to individuals with neurological conditions, focusing on their physical, psychological, and social needs
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely in line with the CQC guidelines, NMC standards and other relevant legislation.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to safeguarding practices and uphold exceptional infection control and health and safety standards.
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop personalised care plans, and evaluate outcomes in partnership with all multidisciplinary teams within the service.
• Build strong and positive relationships with residents, their families and all internal and external individuals, offering support, education and reassurance

We’re looking for Registered Nurses’ with:
