Job summary

Inspire Neurocare in Basingstoke is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide holistic care and support to residents, while spending meaningful time with families. The role emphasizes compassionate, high-quality care in a luxurious, home‑like environment.

You will work with the Home Manager to implement policies, ensure infection control, and coordinate with medical and social care teams. The post offers development opportunities, a generous benefits package, and a supportive team.

What you'll be doing:

• Look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents.
• Support the Home Manager to effectively implement policies and procedures and ensure they are always upheld.
• Ensure that the residents have access to key medical, social and other care workers as required.
• Have full knowledge of and take responsibility to ensure adherence to infection control policies and procedures of the Department of Health and the company at all times.
• Work in line with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines, NMC code of conduct and relevant legislation at all times.

• NMC registration - Either RGN or RMN
• Demonstrable experience post registration working in a similar setting.
• Preferably would have worked within a care home or elderly setting
• A commitment to delivering high quality care
• Good communication and organisational skills
