Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) – Acute Inpatient Mental Health Hospital

Salary: From £18 – £20 per hour (£37,440 – £41,600 per annum)

Location: Lincolnshire, East Midlands

Hours: Full time or part time available

Shift Pattern: Days only, nights only, or mixed shifts depending on your preference

Summary

Appoint Healthcare partners with a reputable provider of health and social care services for adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. We are seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse & Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RMN & RNLD) for their newly refurbished, acute inpatient mental health service in Lincolnshire.

As a qualified Mental Health Nurse & Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RMN & RNLD), you will ensure patients (18 and above), including males and females, receive exceptional person-centered care. Patients may be detained under the mental health act or admitted informally.

Requirements

• A relevant nursing qualification (Registered Mental Health / Learning Disability Nurse) (RMN or RNLD)
• A valid NMC registration with no restrictions
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
• A minimum of 1 year of mental health / acute / forensic / NHS or private experience
• Strong team-working skills
• A high level of self-motivation and flexibility
• A positive attitude, caring, and compassionate nature
• A commitment to high-quality care, values, and evidence-based practice
