Job summary

Inspire Neurocare in Farnborough is seeking a Senior Rehabilitation Assistant to support residents with personal care, rehabilitation and social activities. You will deliver compassionate, person-centred care in a neurological residence setting.

You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to implement individual care plans, provide emotional support and foster independence for residents with complex neurological conditions.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care as a minimum or equivalent qualifications.
• Previous experience within complex care or related healthcare setting.
• Experience in a neurological care environment is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care tasks (where required).
• Encourage participation in rehabilitation, therapy and social activities.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Work closely with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team.

We’re looking for compassionate, motivated Senior Rehabilitation Assistants to join our dedicated team.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Senior Rehabilitation Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our resident’s day to day. This is a hands‑on, person‑centred role where no two days are the same.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Supporting residents with personal care tasks (where required)
• Encouraging participation in rehabilitation, therapy and social activities
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Working closely with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team
• Delivering care in line with individual care plans

You’ll take the time to get to know each resident and support them in a way that respects their goals, preferences and independence.

To Be Successful You Will Need

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care as a minimum or equivalent qualifications
• Previous experience within complex care or a related healthcare setting, together with a good understanding of rehabilitation principles
• If you have experience in a neurological care environment, that’s ideal, but it’s not essential.
