Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a premier nursing home in Milford on Sea, Hampshire. You will assess residents, administer medications within NMC guidelines, and collaborate with families and clinicians to update care plans.

This permanent full-time role offers an excellent salary of £22.50 per hour (up to £56,160 per year), enhanced bank holiday rates, pension, induction training, DBS costs coverage, and recognition schemes.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
• Good time management and leadership skills are preferred.
• Must be a team player with a caring attitude.
• Experience in care settings and nursing home environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and identify priorities of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines and policy.
• Ensure care plans are completed and updated with residents, relatives and professionals.
• Report ill-health and arrange GP/professional visits when needed.

One of the leading nursing homes in Hampshire for its warm, homely setting, personalised care plans and exceptional standards of care

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company's medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
• A good team player
• 1+ year NMC registration

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

The successful Nurse will be offered an excellent salary of £22.50 per hour and the annual salary is up to £56,160 per annum.
