Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a Registered Manager to lead and develop a team of managers across the west of Scotland, overseeing supported living and outreach locations. You will work with the Divisional Director, support teams and local authorities to shape and grow our locations across the west of Scotland.

The role focuses on delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred support, building a positive culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving service improvements.
