Job summary

Keys Group in St Albans is seeking a Registered Manager for a Children's Residential Home. The role leads a therapeutic, trauma-informed setting and requires building a high-performing care team to deliver excellent outcomes for children and young people.

You will work with regional leads and a clinical support network, ensuring safeguarding, compliance and continuous improvement. A Level 5 Diploma in leadership and a driving licence are essential, with a salary up to £50,000 and a £5,000

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience supervising in Children’s Residential.
• Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health and Social Care services (Children and Young People management).
• Experience working with trauma within Children and Young People.
• Knowledge of The Children Act 1989 and safeguarding procedures including home regulations.
• Experience with budgets and financial management.
• Full driving licence is essential.
