Job summary

Health Recruit Network is seeking an experienced Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead a therapeutic residential children’s home in Cannock. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, mentor staff, and ensure safeguarding and regulatory compliance while focusing on outstanding care for children.

The role requires Level 5 NVQ in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or pursuing it), at least 3 years in residential childcare including supervisory experience, and a full UK driving

Qualifications

• Level 5 NVQ in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working toward completion).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential childcare, including 1 year in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and attachment-based practice.
• Full UK Driving Licence and Ofsted fit person criteria including DBS checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a residential children's home.
