Job summary

Connected Health is seeking an exceptional Registered Manager for Northern Trust to lead our Live Connected supported living service in Glengormley, Newtownabbey. You will drive growth, ensure high-quality care and compliance across the service.

The role requires NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care, 3+ years in health and social care with supervisory experience, and strong MS Office skills. A driver with access to a car is preferred. Sign-on bonus and career development are offered.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care is required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in health and social care, in a supported living setting, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Experience leading inspections with regulatory bodies and liaising with RQIA.
• Advanced computer skills including MS Office and the ability to produce reports.
• Self-motivated, flexible and willing to participate in an on-call system.
• Extremely well organised with strong planning and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support service users toward independence with personalised care.
• Ensure health and safety of staff and clients and adherence to policies.
• Line management and safeguarding of service users; ensure RQIA compliance.
• Promote the Live Connected brand and generate new enquiries from clients.
• Oversee rota planning, medication storage and annual service reports.
• Conduct regular visits to ensure service standards and regulatory compliance.
