REGISTERED MANAGER / DEPUTY CARE MANAGER - CHILDREN'S SUPPORTED LIVING (16-18 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Supported Living Manager OR a Deputy Care Manager who can become RM in 6 months to work in the young adults care sector- (EBD, LD, autism). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a company grow and to ensure the lives of the young adults are fully supported with excellent levels of care.

The Role:
As a Children's / Young Adults Supported Living Manager your role will include:

• Overseeing the delivery of care services for children, delivering high levels of care in line with regulations
• Ensuring strict compliance
• Managing staff and resources effectively
• Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans
• Liaising with families, and healthcare professionals
• Assessments, supervisions and overall management of the support workers
• Following policies and procedures

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Manager should have:

• Relevant qualifications in healthcare - level 5 or working towards it
• Experience of working with vulnerable children or young adults
• Ofsted experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong character and good communication skills
• Reflective leadership style
• Desire to develop their own style of management
• Ability to work closely with the regional managers to develop growth plans for the service
• Experience as a manager, deputy manager, senior, or team lead in the children's sector

Monday - Friday 9-5pm plus some on-call.
