Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

I am currently recruiting for a leading provider of high-quality care services within learning disabilities and mental health, dedicated to enhancing the lives of their clients.

I am seeking to recruit a dedicated and experienced Registered Care Manager to join their team and register with CQC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a team of care professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise the delivery of care services.
2. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
3. Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs.
4. Lead, mentor, and support a team of care staff.
5. Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided.
6. Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
7. Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:

1. Registered Care Manager qualification.
2. Proven experience in a similar role.
