The Priory Group is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for The Lighthouse in Stroud. This leadership role oversees a specialist 5-bed residential home for young females (13–18) with mental health needs.
You will drive regulatory compliance, high-quality care planning and safeguarding, while developing a skilled care team. Ideal candidates hold a Level 5 Diploma or equivalent and have a successful track record at manager or deputy level in children’s residential care.

We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead The Lighthouse, a specialist 5-bed residential home in Stroud supporting young females aged 13–18 experiencing mental health difficulties. This is an opportunity to lead a small, dedicated service where your leadership can make a genuine and lasting difference. You'll have real visibility and influence over the home’s culture, your team's development and, most importantly, the outcomes and experiences of the young people we support. We're looking for an experienced manager or an established Deputy Manager ready to take the next step, with a Level 5 qualification in Residential Childcare, Health & Social Care, or an equivalent qualification, alongside relevant residential childcare experience.
