Job summary

Homecare Gurus Ltd. is seeking a committed and experienced Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary/homecare service in the UK. The role requires ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and full regulatory compliance across the service.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, staff development, risk assessments and quality assurance, while building strong relationships with clients and families. Hybrid/flexible working with some in-office and client visits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Registered Manager or in a senior management role within domiciliary/homecare
• Strong understanding of CQC requirements and adult social care
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently
• Genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
• Flexible, adaptable and willing to embrace the culture and values of Homecare Gurus

Flexible Working

We offer some flexibility for remote working, depending on operational requirements.

However, the role requires flexibility to attend the office, visit clients and support the team when needed.
