Priory operates Rose Farm House in Ramsgate and is seeking a CQC Registered Manager to oversee the home, budgets, quality and compliance, delivering outstanding care and guiding the team to help residents reach their potential.

Qualifications

• L5 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• Previous experience in a managerial role within a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality assurance.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility, a “can-do” attitude, and the ability to inspire others.

Rose Farm House

Located in Ramsgate, in Kent, on the Thanet coastline. It provides residential support for five people who are autistic or have a learning disability. We are in a semi-rural location, surrounded by beautiful countryside. Our team are dedicated to supporting the people we care for to reach their potential and achieve fantastic outcomes that enable them to progress onto their own home in the community.

Role Overview

As the CQC Registered Manager at Priory, you will take overall responsibility for the home, overseeing all areas including budgets, quality, compliance, and the delivery of outstanding care. You will support and inspire your team to ensure residents receive the highest standards of care, helping them achieve their goals, develop skills, gain confidence, and engage in meaningful activities within the community.

You’ll lead a compassionate and dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding care. With a strong focus on personalised support and proven approaches, you’ll help residents build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve meaningful outcomes.
