Job summary

Service Care Solutions Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a well-established national provider of children’s residential services in Wiltshire for a Registered Manager role.

You will lead the day-to-day operation of the home, ensure Ofsted compliance, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children to thrive.

You will develop staff, promote a positive culture and collaborate with senior leadership and therapeutic professionals to deliver outstanding care.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a children’s residential home (essential).

Registered Manager – Children's Residential Home

Location: Wiltshire

Salary: £49,268 - £56,768 per annum + performance bonus of up to £18,000

Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a well-established national provider of children’s residential services.

The Role

• As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a children’s residential home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations while creating a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for children to thrive.
• You’ll lead and develop your team, promote a positive culture and work collaboratively with senior leadership and therapeutic professionals to deliver outstanding care.
