Job description

Registered Manager Learning Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager for a fantastic residential and supported living service in the Portsmouth area. This service provides care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, aiming to encourage service users to live as independently as possible.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of up to £45,000.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  1. Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities).
  2. QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management, Registered Managers Award, or NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care (preferred).
  3. Strong staff management skills.
  4. Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements.
  5. Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve Outstanding ratings and deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
