I am recruiting an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager for a residential service in Ashford. The service provides care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, aiming to promote independence.

The salary for this position is up to £45,000.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities
• QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management, Registered Managers Award, or NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care (preferred)
• Strong staff management skills
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
• Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve Outstanding ratings and deliver high-quality, person-centered care
