Job summary

Liaise East Anglia is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a residential service for adults with learning disabilities and autism. You will oversee day-to-day management, compliance and quality, while supporting a dedicated team delivering person-centred care.

You will work with families, professionals and regulators such as the CQC to ensure high standards. A DBS check, leadership experience and relevant care qualifications are essential.

You will be joining our residential service supporting nine adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism, leading a dedicated team to provide outstanding, person-centred support. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and dynamic leader who is passionate about empowering people, developing teams and creating a positive environment where both the people we support and colleagues can thrive.

As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the effective day-to-day management of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and quality are consistently delivered. You will lead, motivate and support your team while building strong relationships with the people we support, their families, professionals and external partners.

You will also work closely with regulatory bodies, including the CQC, ensuring the service remains compliant with legislation, regulations and best practice standards.

Key responsibilities

About You

We are looking for a confident and compassionate leader who is committed to making a positive impact.

You Will Have

• A clear enhanced DBS record.
• Previous experience working with Social Services, Local Authorities and external professionals.
• A recognised Health and Social Care qualification, management qualification within the care sector, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of CQC requirements, regulations and current legislation.
• Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• A proactive approach with strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• A minimum of two years' experience in a similar Registered Manager or senior management role.
• A full UK driving licence is desirable.
