Job summary

The Fallowfield Project, operated by Equilibrium Healthcare Limited in Manchester, is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead the 24-hour supported living service for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

You will oversee care quality, governance, budgets, staff development and ensure compliance with CQC registration. A strong background in regulated care and people leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in management within supported living or regulated care services.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for safe, effective and compliant operation of the service.
• Provide clear leadership to staff and maintain a visible presence in the service.
• Ensure care and support are person-centred and outcome-focused to the required standard.
• Lead governance, audits, safeguarding, incident management and continuous improvement.
• Maintain care plans, risk assessments, records and quality assurance systems.
• Manage referrals, assessments and occupancy with commissioners and professionals.
• Oversee budgets, staffing resources and operational performance; support induction, supervision and staff development.
