Job summary

Agincare Enable in Southampton is seeking a Registered Manager to provide overall operational oversight of its CQC-regulated supported living services in Southampton and Gosport. You will line manage the staff team, report to the Operations Manager, and work to ensure safe, effective, high-quality care.

You will lead on quality and compliance, maintain regulatory standards, recruit and develop staff, and address safeguarding, incidents and complaints while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior management within adult social care
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to lead and develop a staff team
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Care and personalised support with care plans reflecting evolving needs
• Drive Quality & Compliance by overseeing CQC registration and regulatory requirements
• Lead & Develop Teams providing day-to-day leadership and staff development
• Ensure Accountability by managing safeguarding, incidents and complaints and driving continuous improvement
