Job summary

Camphill Milton Keynes Communities is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a residential service for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will oversee daily operations, ensure person-centred care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance, and develop a dedicated staff team in a welcoming home environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or managing staff within adult social care.
• Understanding of CQC requirements, safeguarding and relevant legislation.
• Commitment to dignity, choice, independence, inclusion and person-centred support.
• Ability to support staff, manage resources, maintain high-quality records and turn audits into improvements.
• Calm, practical and compassionate leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day leadership and management of the home.
