Job summary

Witherslack Group is seeking a Registered Manager for an 8-bed children’s home in the UK. You will lead staff, safeguard young people, and ensure Ofsted standards are consistently met across day-to-day operations.

You’ll work with clinical teams and Education/Care professionals to deliver holistic care, drive positive outcomes, and provide a secure, nurturing home environment for young people with SEMH needs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children’s home.
• Committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion to make a difference.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in an 8-bed children’s home.
• Ensure Ofsted requirements are met and safeguarding is robust.
• Lead staff, manage referrals, and support young people’s development.
