Job summary

Care Outlook is recruiting a Registered Manager to lead our Battersea Branch in London. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality care for service users, and maintain strong relationships with families, commissioners, and staff.

The role requires Level 5 leadership in Health and Social Care, at least three years of domiciliary care management, and a full UK driving license; salary ranges from £30,000 to £33,000 with benefits including a company phone and holiday allowance.

Qualifications

• Level 5 in Health and Social Care leadership and management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years managerial experience in domiciliary care.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Being a positive voice for the service by communicating with service users and their families in a dignified and person-centred way
• Deliver services effectively and efficiently, and have clear monitoring procedures and processes in place to ensure standards are continually met
• Provide management, leadership, and support to all staff
• Ensure good communication and links with all stakeholders regarding the provision of services, including commissioners, service users, relatives, social work teams, etc.
• Ensure that staff are trained for their roles and responsibilities and that all groups of staff within the team have access to appropriate training and learning opportunities.
• Put in place measures to comply with CQC regulations and work to achieve the best care standards possible

Care Outlook is an expanding, leading home care provider in London and the South East of England since 2005. We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager or Care Manager to lead our Care Branch in Battersea, London. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Care Branch and ensuring the highest quality of care for service users.
