Praxis Care is seeking a Manager to lead a service focused on quality care for vulnerable adults. You will report to the Head of Operations and ensure regulatory, organizational, and contract compliance while upholding Praxis Care values and brand through high-quality support.

You will be responsible for staff leadership, budget oversight, health and safety compliance, and community engagement within the locality.

Qualifications

• 3 years in a supervisory or management role in a health and social care setting.
• Eligible to be registered with the appropriate body within six months of employment.
• Commitment to Praxis values and performance management processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee referral, admission and review procedures with statutory agencies.
• Provide leadership and supervision of staff to deliver person-centred care.
