Praxis Care in Northern Ireland is seeking a registered Manager to lead the service in alignment with organisational strategy. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will ensure regulatory and contract compliance while promoting Praxis Care values and high-quality support for the people we support.

You will oversee referrals, admissions, budgeting, staffing, and health and safety, developing person-centred care plans with a multi-disciplinary team and external partners to deliver consistent,

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a health and social care setting.
• Social Work, Nursing, or Allied Health qualifications with leadership level.
• Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
• Must be registered with the appropriate body within the first six months of employment.

Responsabilités

• Ensure service is user-focused, co-produced and upholds respect, privacy and independence.
• Oversee referral, admission and review procedures with statutory agencies and families.
• Monitor progress towards independence and review with multidisciplinary teams.
• Handle concerns or complaints per policy and procedure.
• Lead recruitment, induction and development of staff with Support Services.
• Provide leadership through supervision, communication and workload management.
• Promote Praxis Care brand and maintain community presence locally.
• Maintain administration, rota planning, medication storage, and reporting procedures.
• Prepare annual reports and assist in service budgeting and financial controls.
