Job summary

Heart2Heart Care Ltd in Crawley is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead the development of our domiciliary care services. You will ensure safe, compassionate and person-centred care while building robust systems and supporting our care team.

You will work closely with directors, drive quality assurance, governance and safeguard practices, and help shape a growing start-up in West Sussex. Part-time, with potential for role expansion.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience in a Registered Manager or senior management role within adult social care.
• Good understanding of CQC regulations and the Health and Social Care Act.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, care planning, risk management and quality assurance.
• Capable of working independently and making sound decisions.
• Committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• Willingness to work towards the relevant management qualification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the effective management and quality of regulated care services to ensure safety and compassionate care.
• Develop systems, support staff, and ensure CQC compliance.
• Lead safeguarding, care planning, risk management and QA processes.
• Collaborate with directors to shape, grow and improve the service.
