Job summary

Heart2Heart Care Ltd in Crawley is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead the development of our domiciliary care services. You will ensure safe, compassionate and person-centred care while building robust systems and supporting our care team.

You will work closely with directors, drive quality assurance, governance and safeguard practices, and help shape a growing start-up in West Sussex. Part-time, with potential for role expansion.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience in a Registered Manager or senior management role within adult social care.
• Good understanding of CQC regulations and the Health and Social Care Act.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, care planning, risk management and quality assurance.
• Capable of working independently and making sound decisions.
• Committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• Willingness to work towards the relevant management qualification.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to join us as we develop and grow our care services. The Role

As Registered Manager, you will have responsibility for the effective management and quality of our regulated care services, ensuring that people receive safe, compassionate and person-centred care. You will work closely with the directors and care team to develop strong systems, support staff and ensure the service remains compliant with CQC requirements.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has previous experience in a Registered Manager or senior management role within adult social care
