Esland Care Sheffield is seeking a Registered Manager for a Children's Home in Sheffield. This full-time role focuses on leading care teams and safeguarding to deliver high-quality services for young people.

You will promote independence, build strong relationships with staff, families and regulators, and ensure safety underpins every decision. Salary up to £55,000 plus a bonus up to £8,500 and progression opportunities.
