Esland is seeking a Registered Children's Home Manager for its Huddersfield solo service, caring for 6 to 18-year-olds with complex needs. The role involves leading a nurturing home, ensuring high-quality care, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare is essential.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare is highly desirable.
• At least 2 years in a role relevant to residential care of children is essential.
• At least 12 months in a managerial or senior supervisory role within care is essential.
• Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation and Ofsted regulations is essential.

Salary: Up to £55,000 (DOE) + Bonus up to £8,500

We’re looking for a Registered Children's Home Manager to join our dedicated team and lead one of our nurturing, high-quality EBD homes.

Our Huddersfield home is a solo service, offering a smaller, safe and nurturing place for 6 to 18-year-olds with complex behavioural, emotional, and social needs.

For This Role, We Need Someone Who Has

• Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (essential)
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (highly desirable)
