Salary: Starting at £53,153, after probation £55,761, after two years £59,029

The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a children's residential setting, overseeing the smooth operation of the home to ensure a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for all residents. This role involves balancing the immediate needs of the young people with long-term goals to achieve positive outcomes, always prioritising the safety and well-being of the young people.
