About the Role:

As Registered Manager (Childrens Home), you will:

  • Lead and inspire your team, providing guidance and support through staff induction, ongoing training, and performance management.
  • Ensure detailed records, care plans, and risk assessments are regularly updated and aligned with best practices.
  • Collaborate with the management team to maintain an outstanding OFSTED rating.

What We Require from You:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a management or supervisory role within the residential care sector, preferably as a deputy manager.
  • Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and a willingness to obtain a Level 5 Diploma within 2 years.
  • Skills: Proven ability to support children, including those displaying challenging behaviour, with a flexible working approach.
  • Personal Qualities: An unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for children, with honesty, integrity, and a passion for care.
