Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home (Learning Disabilities)
Family Care Group is seeking an experienced, compassionate and ambitious Registered Manager to lead one of our specialist 2 bedded children's residential homes in Leominster, Herefordshire supporting children and young people with learning disabilities, autism and additional complex needs.

As Registered Manager, you will provide inspirational leadership, ensuring the home delivers outstanding care, achieves excellent outcomes for children and remains fully compliant with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Ofsted requirements.
You’ll be responsible for creating a warm, safe and therapeutic home where children feel valued, respected and empowered. Working closely with the Residential Operations Manager and multidisciplinary professionals, you’ll ensure every child receives highly individualised care that reflects their communication, sensory, emotional, behavioural and physical needs.
You’ll champion a trauma-informed, therapeutic and person-centred approach, supporting children to develop independence, communication skills, confidence and positive life experiences.
