Job summary

Para Group is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a large children's home in Leicester. The role focuses on creating a safe, nurturing environment for children aged 8-17, driving standards, and shaping future service direction.

Applicants should have Level 5 Leadership & Management for Children & Young People, at least 3 years in residential childcare, and strong safeguarding knowledge. A UK driving licence is required. There are progression opportunities and a supportive team culture.

Were excited to be recruiting a Registered Homes Manager to lead a large childrens home in Leicester.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager from a Emotional Behaviour Difficulties background who is a versatile, forward-thinking leader who can adapt and shape the service.

About the role:

You will take full responsibility for the leadership and day-to-day management of the home, creating a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment for children aged 817.

Youll play a key role in driving standards, embedding a positive culture, and shaping the future direction of the service.
