A leading social enterprise is seeking a Registered Manager for a children’s home in Salisbury. This role requires strong leadership skills and at least 2 years of experience in residential care. This company is a leading social enterprise committed to transforming the lives of children and young people through therapeutic residential care, fostering, and education. We are now seeking a Registered Manager for our established 3-bed children’s home in the heart of Salisbury.
This home supports children aged 6–18 who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and trauma. The service is built around the company's integrated therapeutic model, developed in partnership with their clinical team to ensure the best possible outcomes for every child.
As Registered Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of Residential Child Care Workers, create a safe and nurturing home environment, and work closely with clinical and education colleagues to embed therapeutic, child-centred practice.
This company will support you through your Ofsted registration, all future inspections, and provide significant professional development from day one.
The home is located in central Salisbury, within a short walk of the school, head office, shops, restaurants, and transport links. It is easily commutable from surrounding villages and neighbouring towns.
