Ofsted Registered Home Manager
Location: Tamworth, Staffordshire
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per year (depending on qualifications)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Young People (YPs) with EBD, Trauma, Neglect, CSE, CCE, PSB
Qualifications Required: Diploma Level 3/4 Children & Young People Workforce, Level 5 Leadership and Management for Residential Care
Experience Required: 3 years as a Registered Manager, 2 years as a Deputy Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Ofsted Registered Home Manager to lead our children's home, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with Children's Homes Regulations 2001 (amended 2011 & 2014) and Quality Care Standards 2015. You will be responsible for the overall operation of the home, managing staff, ensuring financial and administrative procedures are met, and delivering clinically informed care.
