Registered Children’s Home Manager – New Home, Big Impact

Location: Bridgwater, Somerset

Salary: £44,425.86 + bonuses up to £53,725.86

Hours: Full-time | 40 hrs/week | Permanent

We’re opening a brand-new 4-bed children’s home in beautiful Bridgwater – and we need an experienced Registered Manager to lead the way.

If you have OFSTED experience, a Level 5 qualification, and a passion for shaping young lives through trauma-informed, high-quality care – we want to hear from you.

You’ll need a full UK driving licence and flexibility for on-call (approx. 2x/month).
