You will oversee staffing, safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and relationships with social workers and partners to build a strong, child-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as Registered Manager or Deputy Manager.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge for childrenfs residential care.
• Experience with children and young people with EBD, trauma or complex needs.
• Good understanding of Childrens Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high standards of care.
• Recruit, induct, supervise and develop staff.
• Maintain safeguarding, risk management and incident handling.
• Work with social workers, education, health and other professionals.
• Prepare for Ofsted inspections and maintain readiness.
