Job summary

Career Makers are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a small specialist Learning Disability & Autism care home for adults in Widnes. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, person-centred care and compliance with CQC standards.

The successful candidate will have prior Registered Manager experience in LD/Autism settings and hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent). The role offers a supportive team, training and excellent benefits.

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a Learning Disability and Autism care setting.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care delivery and compliance with CQC standards.
