Job summary

Career Makers is seeking an experienced Dual Registered Manager to oversee two small specialist Learning Disability & Autism care homes for adults based in Widnes & Hale Village. You will ensure high-quality care, lead teams, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

The role requires prior Registered Manager experience in LD/Autism settings and NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent. Salary £47,372 per annum plus mileage and excellent benefits, with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a Learning Disability and Autism care setting.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the two care homes, ensuring high-quality care delivery and compliance with CQC standards.
• Support, develop, and motivate the care teams to provide outstanding person-centred support for adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
• Oversee care planning, safeguarding, audits, and continuous service improvements to achieve positive outcomes for residents.
