Job summary

Kara Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Manager (Turnaround Specialist) to lead a care home in Wallsend. You will drive improvements, inspire the team, and ensure adherence to CQC standards while delivering high-quality resident care.

The role requires a proven turnaround track record, strong leadership, and excellent communication with residents, families and regulators. Competitive salary and a permanent, full-time position are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within adult social care.
• Proven track record of improving and turning around care services.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Outstanding leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and drive sustainable improvements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Relevant Health and Social Care qualifications.
• Eligibility to register with CQC.
