Beyond Talent Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead an adult residential care home in Stoke-on-Trent. The role entails ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and full regulatory compliance.

You will manage day-to-day operations, lead a dedicated team, oversee care plans and records, and maintain safe, compassionate support for residents. A Level 5 leadership qualification or equivalent is essential, with a strong track record in the sector.

• Eligibility to undertake the CQC Registered Manager role, subject to the required registration process.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead and manage an adult residential care home in Stoke-on-Trent.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven care leader with a strong track record in managing adult residential services, maintaining CQC compliance and delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

We are looking for someone who can confidently take responsibility for the overall running of the home, lead and develop a dedicated team, and ensure residents receive safe, compassionate and individualised support.

Previous experience as a Registered Manager within adult social care is essential. Applicants must have a thorough understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements and the standards required to operate a high-quality residential care service.
