Job summary

A national health and social care provider in Borrowash is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead and support staff effectively while ensuring the wellbeing of service users. Who you are

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as Deputy Manager or Senior Support Worker or at least 1 year of experience as a Registered Manager.
• Have an NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Health & social care, or willingness/ability to work towards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to listen attentively to others.
• Experience of supervising and supporting staff and deploying staff resources efficiently to meet the needs of the service.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments with the people we support and devise support and risk management plans.
• You will embrace continuous improvement, sharing best practice with an open mind to learning.
