Bedborough House is located in Radstock, Somerset. We offer residential support for seven autistic males and females, and people who have a learning disability. Our home is situated in a residential area, surrounded by the beautiful views of Somerset.

We provide person-centred support, promoting independence, daily living skills, and access to the community, helping to improve our residents’ quality of life.

We can also support those who have:

• Mental health needs
• Difficulties with communication
• Mild to moderate behaviours that challenge
• Epilepsy

You and your team will support the people in your care to achieve their goals in life and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through community activities, staff involvement, and other initiatives.

The role of a CQC Registered Manager at Priory is varied and will ensure you are responsible for all areas of the home, including budgets, quality, compliance, and ensuring the people we support receive the best care and support possible.

Committed to quality assurance, you will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care while continually developing the service. You will have the opportunity to utilize your skills in an environment where managing people and processes effectively is critical to the service's success.
