Job summary

Care Outlook Ltd. is expanding its home care team in Battersea, London, and is recruiting a Registered Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the scheme and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

The ideal candidate will have Level 5 Health and Social Care leadership and management (or equivalent), at least 3 years of domiciliary care management, a full UK driving license, and a commitment to improving lives of vulnerable people.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Health and Social Care leadership and management qualification or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in domiciliary care.
• Full UK driving license.
• Commitment to improving quality of life for vulnerable people.

Responsibilities

• Be the positive voice for the service by communicating with service users and their families in a dignified and person-centred way.
• Deliver services effectively with monitoring procedures to ensure standards are continually met.
• Provide management, leadership and support to all staff.
• Ensure good communication with stakeholders including commissioners, service users and social work teams.
• Ensure staff are trained and have access to appropriate training opportunities.
• Put in place measures to comply with CQC regulations and work to achieve the best care standards possible.

We are currently recruiting for aRegistered Managerto lead our team in Battersea for Home Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the scheme and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Core Duties & Responsibilities as Registered Manager:

• Being a positive voice for the service by communicating with service users and their families in a dignified and person-centred way
• Deliver services effectively and efficiently, and have clear monitoring procedures and processes in place to ensure standards are continually met
• Provide management, leadership, and support to all staff
• Ensure good communication and links with all stakeholders regarding the provision of services, including commissioners, service users, relatives, social work teams, etc.
• Ensure that staff are trained for their roles and responsibilities and that all groups of staff within the team have access to appropriate training and learning opportunities.
• Put in place measures to comply with CQC regulations and work to achieve the best care standards possible

As a Registered Manager, you will be offered the following:
