Registered Manager – Complex Care
Lewes, East Sussex | £50,000–£55,000 per annum + bonus
Office-based | Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Take ownership of an established complex care service across Sussex, with the support, resources and autonomy to drive its next phase of growth.
We're recruiting a Registered Manager to oversee community-based complex care across Sussex and support expansion into Surrey. Based at the Lewes office, you'll lead an experienced team delivering care to children and adults in their own homes, with a particular focus on developing paediatric complex care provision.
If you enjoy leading teams, delivering high-quality care and building relationships that help a service develop, this role offers the opportunity to make a clear impact.
A nursing qualification or NMC registration is not required. You'll have an established clinical team providing specialist clinical oversight, allowing you to focus on operational leadership, compliance and sustainable growth.
You’ll join an established complex healthcare provider delivering thousands of hours of community care each month.
You won’t be building the service from scratch. Clinical Leads, Care Coordinators, Recruitment, Business Development and senior clinical leadership are already in place to support delivery and development.
You’ll play a key role in growing the service across Sussex and Surrey, strengthening commissioner relationships, developing new care packages and expanding the paediatric complex care offering.
You’ll have management experience within complex care, homecare, domiciliary care or another relevant CQC-regulated service, with:
Community complex care or paediatric care experience would be particularly valuable, but is not essential. Clinical experience or a nursing qualification would also be advantageous.
This opportunity could suit an experienced Registered Manager, Branch Manager, Service Manager, Care Manager or Operations Manager looking to take ownership of an established service with scope to develop it further.
